Here's the email I received from my relative who visits China.
"And as for the Christmas hint, I am a bit disappointed. I thought I had the perfect gift. Guess I'll have to return the copy of "Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent" by Eduardo Galeano which I asked Hugo, er the honorable Sr. Chavez, to sign. It really doesn't work as a re-gift."
