Today is our 20th wedding anniversary. But it's also Britney Spears' birthday. (Yikes, she was only seven when we got hitched!) In these hard economic times, I'm sure you'll have a difficult time deciding whether to send an over-priced greeting card to us or to the Britster.
Britney celebrated her birthday on Good Morning America. We celebrated our anniversary by sleeping until Good Morning America was off the air.

The GMA Britany hype was only marginally less painful than their persistent hype of Miley Cyrus.
Congrats on the 20 years!! I hadn't realized it had been so long, but it makes sense when I think about how long we've known you guys. Hope you did something fun to celebrate!
True, but I still have Britney's "Womanizer" and Miley's "Fly On The Wall" stuck in my head. "Womanizer" is especially fun to sing if you pretend you're in an Italian folk band. (Think "Tarantella.") "Fly On The Wall" should be performed like you're one of the ladies in the B52's.
Yes, we did have fun tonight. We made filet mignon with blue cheese sauce, cracked open a decent bottle of red, watched "House" and the end of "Elf" then played Scrabble by Christmas tree light. It's probably the same thing we'll do on our 40th anniversary.
